The hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor. The rustic and refined decor is the result of a careful selection of antique furniture and attention to detail. The use of wood for floors and finishes gives the room a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our Cuisine
Our cuisine, under the guidance of Chef Giuseppe Cardullo, is dedicated to working with high quality raw materials and local products creating a dialogue between Gressoney’s culinary tradition and innovation. We invite you to savour our proposals with all the respect we offer for food intolerances and allergies. From breakfast to dinner, each of our guests can experience a wide variety of products and processes made entirely by us to share with our guests the unique flavours and quality that remind you of home.
Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine
We are extremely attentive to your needs, guaranteeing you a tranquil holiday, designed specially for you. On our menu you can always find vegetarian and vegan dishes made with top quality ingredients.
Gluten-free options
Our buffet and menu are prepared daily with no contamination between dishes; so the choice of first courses, second courses and desserts extends to gluten-free dishes too. There are numerous alternatives prepared especially for coeliacs, and at breakfast time you’ll be served gluten-free cereals, biscuits, tarts, jams, yogurts, juices, cheeses and cured meats. Our front of house staff are always at your disposal for further information about the dishes and to cater for your needs.
The Wine Cellar
Recently extended and continually renewed, our wine cellar offers several hundred Italian and French labels. High quality wines from every traditional Italian wine-growing region, from Trentino Alto Adige to Sicily, not to mention locally produced labels, of which we boast a large number of bottles. Wine has always been an important part of social gatherings, and thanks to our well-stocked cellar it’s always possible to find the perfect match to suit the most exacting of tastes. On Mondays, we like to invite our newly-arrived guests to a welcome aperitif.
